Bingquan (Bill) Yu

Physiotherapist & Co-Founder

About Me

Bill is a physiotherapist and co-founder of Sunny Corner Physio. He is passionate about helping people recover from injury, reduce pain, and return to the activities they enjoy. Bill believes in empowering patients through education, personalised treatment, and active rehabilitation to achieve long-term results.

Professional Background

Bill has worked across private practices and occupational health, helping people recover from sports injuries, work-related injuries, post-operative rehabilitation, and persistent musculoskeletal conditions.

He has also provided onsite physiotherapy services for employees at some of Australia's leading organisations, including Coles, Woolworths, Visy, Linfox, Chemist Warehouse, Kmart, Australian Country Choice and more. This experience has given him valuable insight into workplace demands, injury prevention, and functional rehabilitation across a wide range of industries.

Outside the Clinic

Outside the clinic, Bill enjoys cooking, spending time with family and friends, training in the gym, and playing sports such as basketball, volleyball, tennis and badminton.

Having recovered from three significant knee injuries and returned to high-intensity sports and training, Bill understands firsthand the physical and mental challenges of injury, rehabilitation and returning to the activities you love. These experiences have shaped his approach to physiotherapy and strengthened his belief that, with the right guidance, consistency and mindset, people can continue to pursue an active lifestyle despite setbacks. He believes that movement is one of the best investments in long-term health and wellbeing.
